Terms & Conditions

By submitting your order, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Order Approval

  • Customers are responsible for reviewing all spelling, dates, names, colors, and design details before approving their order.

  • Once approval has been given, G&A Creations is not responsible for errors that were appro by the customer.

Custom Products

  • Most orders are custom-made and personalized specifically for each customer.

  • Due to the personalized nature of custom products, all sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be accepted.

Production Time

  • Standard production time is approximately 4-9 business days after payment and design approval unless otherwise stated.

  • Rush orders may be available for an additional fee and must be approved prior to ordering.

Shipping & Delivery

  • G&A Creations is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

  • Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

  • Once an order has been shipped, the customer assumes responsibility for tracking and receiving the package.

Colors & Materials

  • Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings, printer variations, and material availability.

  • G&A Creations reserves the right to make minor adjustments to materials or embellishments while maintaining the overall design aesthetic.

Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if design work has not begun.

  • Once design work has started, cancellation requests may be denied and are subject to a design fee.

Damage Claims

  • If your order arrives damaged, you must contact G&A Creations within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.

  • Replacement eligibility will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

Design Rights

  • G&A Creations reserves the right to use photos of completed products for marketing, advertising, social media, and portfolio purposes unless otherwise requested by the customer in writing.

By placing an order with G&A Creations, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
